The Tritordeum flour is obtained from a cylinder mill in four-step millstone. Having a yield of 68%, this process allows to achieve the highest quality. This flour is a real return to the roots: it is colorful, fragrant, tasty and easy to work.
Tritordeum wholemeal is obtained by a millstone with a yield of 98%. This percentage is due to the fact that we do not exclude either bran or middlings.Food made from whole-wheat flour is good for the entire human body, from palate to heart, and gives a unique, ancient, genuine taste.
Tritordeum semolina is produced in a handmade-wooden semolificio with ancient equipment. A lesser milling quality index of the grain gives a yield percentage of 33%. Our Semolina is an invitation to health and smile.
